Step 2: Bring your house plan or we can direct you to sites we build from. We can modify any plan or start from scratch with our designer.

Step 3: Make a list of your preferences for your build! This includes creating a wish list, finishes, and photos of samples designs that you like.

Step 4: Make a list of any questions or concerns you may have. We will answer them and walk you through the process from start to finish.

Step 5: Schedule a sit-down meeting to go over your plans and lists in order to ensure we are on the same page about your build.

Step 6: Schedule a home site visit for us to walk through your vision together!
